Commandant Bertrand APPERRY has long been an ISM expert at the IMO, and President of the French Association of Maritime Experts (AFEXMAR). He was also a pioneer in France and abroad in the application of ISM and ISPS codes in shipping companies and ships, including offshore.
Today,Commandement Bertrand APPERRY focuses on delivering original, world-renowned training courses for Safety Management Systems (SMS) stakeholders, namely DPA, ISM 3-level and internal auditor training.
Backed by 20 years' experience in passenger ship command, he also provides the mandatory STCW V/2 (special passenger ship training) modules 1 to 5 approved by the SURTYMAR Agency, in French and English on board ship or ashore.
