A State Engineer and former Senior Officer in the Royal Moroccan Navy, Mohammed EL MANSOUR joined SURTYMAR Agency in 2015 as a consultant, expert and trainer, after several successful experiences in the safety field, notably at the port of Tangier Med.
His knowledge of port environments, know-how and expertise accumulated through safety studies carried out, support projects and multiple missions carried out in Morocco and numerous African countries, make him a renowned expert in the field of port safety. In fact, he is one of a handful of international experts to have carried out safety audits of several West African ports as part of the European Union-funded WeCAPS project.
