ACVS 3 - Agent in charge of security visits

Introduction: Presentation of the trainees, identification of the group's level of knowledge and the expectations of each trainee, and presentation of the teaching method adapted to the context of the session by the trainer. The trainer then presents the training objectives and the following program:

Radiation and radiation protection
Legislation and operations
External and internal device architecture
Checking that equipment is working properly
Knowledge of prohibited items sought
Characteristics and behavior likely to compromise safety
Suspect description and crowd control
Security reports
T.I.P. (Threat Image Projection)
Image interpretation training sessions
Silent alarm triggers
Imaging practice on the device

Conclusion: Questions/answers, consolidation and evaluation of acquired knowledge, training assessment and evaluation.

FOR PARTICIPANTS

To ensure the effectiveness of this training course, trainees should be aware of the conditions under which it will be carried out before the start of the course. These are defined in this training description and in the trainee's welcome booklet (methods of implementation, applicable hygiene rules, disciplinary rules and applicable sanctions).

Articles R. 5332-34 and R. 5332-35 of the French Transport Code, and dispensed in accordance with the procedures specified by the ministerial order dated September 23, 2009.

PRESENTIAL

TARGET AUDIENCE

ACVS Module 3 training is designed for operators of X-ray detection equipment.

OBJECTIVE

In addition to modules 1 and 2, to enable trainees to acquire the specific knowledge needed to operate X-ray detection equipment in accordance with its specifications, and to use all the equipment's functions. This will enable them to methodically detect any prohibited items in the personal baggage of passengers or staff on board.

PREREQUISITES

None

TEACHING METHOD

Training is led by a SURTYMAR trainer, using a Power Point presentation and discussions with trainees. Technical simulations will be carried out (see specific equipment used).

DURATION

21 hours of training, including practical test to validate skills and 6 15-minute breaks

AUDITORY

12 trainees maximum (no minimum)

TRAINER

This training course is led and supervised by a trainer with expertise and experience in implementing the knowledge and concepts taught. The trainer's CV is available on request.
