Introduction: Presentation of the trainees, identification of the group's level of knowledge and the expectations of each trainee, and presentation of the teaching method adapted to the context of the session by the trainer. The trainer then presents the training objectives and the following program:
- General provisions, definitions and training regulations
- Classifications
- Dangerous goods list, special provisions and exceptions
- Provisions relating to the use of packaging and tanks
- Shipping procedures
- Construction and testing of packagings, IBCs, large packagings, portable tanks, MEGCs and road tank vehicles
- Provisions relating to transport operations (specific safety measures to be taken on board ships: stowage, separation of materials, fire precautions, temperature control)
- Practical exercise and written test of knowledge
Conclusion: Questions/answers, consolidation and evaluation of acquired knowledge, assessment and evaluation of training.
FOR PARTICIPANTS
To ensure the effectiveness of this training course, the trainee must, before the start of the course, be aware of the conditions for carrying out this training session, as defined in this training description and in the Trainee's Welcome Booklet (Methods of carrying out the course, Applicable hygiene rules, Disciplinary rules and applicable sanctions).

TEACHING METHOD
The training session is led by a SURTYMAR trainer with a PowerPoint presentation and a discussion with trainees.
DURATION
7 hours' training, including practical test to validate skills and 6 15-minute breaks
