PRESENTIAL

TARGET AUDIENCE

This training course is intended for permanent or deputy security officers of shipping companies owning ships subject to the ISPS Code.

OBJECTIVE

To acquire the skills required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Company Security Officer as defined in section A/11.2 of the ISPS Code.

PREREQUISITES

None

TEACHING METHOD

The session is led by a SURTYMAR trainer with a PowerPoint presentation and a discussion with the trainees.

DURATION

32 hours of training, including practical test to validate skills and 6 15-minute breaks

AUDITORY

10 trainees maximum (no minimum)

TRAINER

This training course is led and supervised by a trainer with expertise and experience in implementing the knowledge and concepts taught. The trainer's CV is available on request.
