Introduction: Presentation of the trainer (professional experience), then of the trainees, identification of the group's level of knowledge and individual expectations. Presentation of the teaching method adapted to the context of the session by the trainers, followed by a presentation of the training objectives and the following program:

    • Operational protection of a seafront site in a high-risk zone, practical application on a site or model.
  • Module D - Documentation
    • Security plans.
    • Safety procedures.
    • Periodic incident and accident reports, situation notes, safety flashes.
    • Maritime security audits.
  • Module E - Routine communication - Information
    • Upstream, downstream and cross-functional communication.
    • Collecting, sharing, analyzing and protecting information.
  • Module F - Maritime security support
    • Management and employment of armed teams on board ships.
    • Use of Government Security Forces (Navy), protocols, MOU.
    • Rules of engagement, ROE - RUF.
    • Specifics and selection of a security vessel.
    • Selecting a private maritime security company.
  • Module G - Exchange and sharing, interactivity
    • Challenges presented by trainees.
    • Answers to trainee challenges.
    • Delivery of training materials.

Conclusion: Questions/answers, consolidation and evaluation of acquired skills, assessment and evaluation of training.

FOR PARTICIPANTS

To ensure the effectiveness of this training course, trainees must be familiar with the conditions for carrying out the program, as defined in this description and in the Trainee's Welcome Booklet, prior to the start of the course (conditions for carrying out the program, applicable hygiene rules, disciplinary rules and applicable sanctions, etc.).
