FOR PARTICIPANTS
To ensure the effectiveness of this training course, the trainee will have, before the start of the training, familiarized himself/herself with the conditions for carrying out this training session, defined in this training description as well as in the Trainee's Welcome Booklet (Methods of carrying out the training, Applicable hygiene rules, Disciplinary rules and applicable sanctions).

The training session takes place online (FOAD) with a dedicated SURTYMAR trainer and via a Learning Management System (LMS).

TARGET AUDIENCE
Train the trainer is a prerequisite for any trainer wishing to deliver training courses in the maritime (STCW) & port (ISPS) fields.
OBJECTIVE
To acquire knowledge of professional maritime training and applicable pedagogy.
PREREQUISITES
Experience in the training field
TEACHING METHOD
The training session takes place online (Full Online - FOAD) with a dedicated SURTYMAR trainer and via a Learning Management System (LMS).
DURATION
20 hours.
AUDITORY
1 access per trainer.
TRAINER
This training course is led and supervised by a trainer with expertise and experience in implementing the knowledge and concepts taught. The trainer's CV is available on request.
